| In industrial production, the fouling phenomenon of circulating water affects anddoes great harm to the on-site heat-exchange equipments, which will cause a series oftechnical and economic issues. There are some disadvantages in the traditionalmethods of removing and anti-scaling, such as environmental pollution, lowefficiency, high costs and so on. Recently, frequency electromagnetic fieldanti-fouling technology has received great attention because of its advantages of lowinvestment, quick effectiveness, simple operation, zero pollution, etc.First of all, based on water treatment technology and fouling preventionexperiment, the present study investigates the influence of electromagnetic oncirculating water quality parameters such as pH value and conductivity, calciumhardness, total alkalinity, dissolved oxygen and turbidity, also conducts detailedreasoning analysis upon the effect combined with chemical reaction equation.Furthermore, correlation analysis is applied to verify the correlation relationshipbetween above mentioned parameters.Then, the treatment effects of the electromagnetic field are mostly studied underthe action of various factors that influence fouling, but it is studied hardly thatcorresponding relation between electromagnetic parameters and water qualityparameters.In this thesis, based on experimental data of the water treatmenttechnology and fouling prevention experiment, the algorithm, contrast experimentanalysis are proposed. The right water quality parameters are investigated andselected more comprehensively for the mathematical model of electromagneticparameters.Finally, based on the analysis of the present and commonly used anti-scalingperformance evaluation method, we have designed a set of static electromagneticexperiment facility with electrical conductivity method, carried out titrationexperiment, made the comparative analysis of the characteristics that the conductivity changes with time in the titration process under the given experimental conditions,and researched the effects of different frequency electromagnetic fields on the scaleinhibition performance. Through the experimental result that conductivity changesover time under the different electromagnetic frequencies, and the regression model,the optimum frequency of electromagnetic anti-scaling is confirmed.In this paper, it has been further studied that electromagnetic field on the impactof water quality parameters, revealed the reasons of the changed trend of waterquality parameters under the influence of electromagnetic field, analyzed thecorrelation degree between the water quality parameters and electromagneticparameters, and explored the electromagnetic frequency when achieving the besteffect on scale inhibition under the influence of electromagnetic field. |
