The circulating cooling water system has been widely applied in the industrial field. But after a long period of use, scale, micro-breeding, metal pipe corrosion and other factors will seriously affect the normal operation, and will cause heavy economic losses. To ensure the normal operation of the circulating cooling water system, it is required to treat the cooling water. High-frequency electromagnetic water treatment method is an excellent water treatment method. It not only can effectively anti-fouling, but also can play a bactericidal effect of the algae.This paper discusses the mechanism of high-frequency electromagnetic water treatment first. And then we designed a new type of water treatment system for the original high-frequency electromagnetic water treatment only can output single frequency, and unable to adapt to a variety of environmental problems. Then the control algorithm is studied. Finally we proved that the superiority of the system and control algorithm using the experiment.The hardware components of the high-frequency electromagnetic water treatment system include: high-frequency signal circuits, pre-voltage amplifier circuit, high-frequency power amplifier circuit, the electromagnetic water energy converter, the status parameter detection circuit, liquid crystal display circuit, signal processors and the regulated power supply. The signal processor is the realization part of the system control. The high-frequency signal circuit is the core of the system, can output optimal frequency of square wave signal according to the temperature and conductivity of the circulating water. The square will be amplified by the pre-voltage amplifier and the high-frequency power amplifier, and then effect to water through the electromagnetic energy power converter. The state parameter detection circuit can detect the temperature, conductivity of the circulating water and the frequency of high-frequency signals. Then display them on the LCD Screen.The control algorithm is fuzzy control method. It can control the frequency of square wave signal of the signal according to the temperature and conductivity of the circulating water, allowing the output frequency can effectively track the water resonance frequency, so as to achieve the best possible treatment effect. The fuzzy control parameters selection is based on the existing data and the MATLAB simulation.Finally, we made three sets of control experiment. They can verify the high-frequency electromagnetic water treatment system we design not only can anti-fouling effectively, but also is more effective than the original high-frequency electromagnetic water treatment system.
