The non-pillar sublevel caving method has been used in China since the1960s, andit is widely used in the metal mines especially in the iron mines for it’s simple, efficientand safe etc, what’s more, the application scope has the trend of further increase.Stopping process of the non-pillar sublevel caving method is a complex system, ofwhich the single system research has made great breakthrough, but the whole systemoptimization still has some drawbacks, especially the relationship among the caving bodywhich influence the extraction process, the drawing off body and the release dispersionof the spot scraper bucket still need further research.In the real producing process, people have accumulated valuable spot data, whichhave a significantly practical meaning to the extraction process and are both economic andreliable.besides, every recycle of the spot stopping process could be regarded as animportant experiment.This paper will have a deduction of the relationship among the release dispersion,thedrawing off body, and the caving body’s volume through the experience of the of theGongchangling underground iron ore production, making sure the deduction between therelease dispersion and the caving body’s volume. through the collection of spot data, I dosome arithmetic work to this process, building a data base about the above mentionedthree parameters and make an analysis of zhe datebase date.Through the research of the paper, I have mainly following four achievements:1. I determine the volume of the release dispersion through on-site mining scraperBucket’ numbers, and building the volume relationship between drawing off body,andthe caving body.2. Derivation of a series of calculations on the basis of the identified mining cavedand let loose,out of body of related parameters.3. I get a decreasing relationship with one number as a constant term by the dataanalysis of caving body and the drawing off body, namely, there is a ultimate value ofthe caving body volume,at that point the caving body is so large that can affect the releaseof the body.4. Establishment of mining process-related parameters of the database, add dynamicdata from a database and data mining, further optimize the extraction procedureparameters to guide mine production.5. Recommended mining the actual production process, bucket mounted strainmeasurement, ease of release determination of weight.
