As an important material for infrastructure construction in our country,cement is in huge demand.However,in all aspects of cement production,a large amount of dust will pollute the environment and endanger the health of workers.How to control dust,is a top priority for enterprises to save energy,reduce emissions,and protect the environment.Advanced dust removal and dust reduction equipment,such as electrostatic precipitator and bag filter play a good role in removing dust at the kiln tail and kiln head of cement production,but for the dust generated during the transportation of cement production materials,the effect of dust removal is not ideal.In recent years,our country has formulated increasingly strict emission standards for dust,and proposed the green environmental protection concept of"Energy Conservation and Pollution Emissions Reduction,and Double Control of Energy Consumption".According to this situation,this paper analyzes the reasons for dust generation in the process of cement production materials transportation,and studies the dust removal to determine that micro-power dust collector is applied to the dust removal in the process of cement production material transportation,and finally design related systems.In this paper,by analyzing the factors affecting the dust removal efficiency of the micro-power dust collector,it is determined that realizing the dynamic balance of the pressure in the dust chamber of the micro-power dust collector is very important to ensure the safety,stability and high-efficiency of the device.In this paper,the principle of fuzzy PID control and variable frequency speed regulation is determined to adjust the speed of the electric fan and then control the amount of induced air to ensure the constant pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust chamber.In addition,the electric fan is driven by a permanent magnet synchronous motor,which is energy-saving.According to the actual control requirements,this paper studies and designs the fuzzy controller for the pressure of the dust chamber,and uses the fuzzy logic toolbox and Simulink software to establish the fuzzy inference system and simulation model.In addition,the Smith algorithm is introduced to eliminate the original time delay of the system.Finally,comparing the simulation results of PID,Smith-PID and fuzzy PID-Smith control in the step response and adding disturbance in the middle,it is concluded that the fuzzy PID-Smith control has faster response speed and higher steady-state accuracy;After interference,the fluctuation is small,it can recover faster,and it shows strong anti-interference ability.Select the control system hardware and use STEP7-Micro/WIN SMART programming software and WINCC Flexible SMART configuration software to complete hardware configuration,define variables,and monitor screen production,and realize cement production with Siemens PLC processor as the core Material conveying dust control system.In order to verify its dust removal and temperature control effect,it was applied to the cement production material conveying line.The air quality meter and infrared thermometer were used to detect the dust particles on the working face and the temperature of the settling chamber respectively.The test results show that after the application of dust reduction technology,the concentration of dust particles on the working face is 4.18mg/m~3,and the temperature of the settling chamber is 34.52℃,which are both lower than the national dust emission standard and the temperature standard of the cement material transportation process,and meet the design requirements.
