Gently inclined thin ore is considered a uneasily mining ore body due to its geological conditions, the mining technology development is relatively slow. A number of studies was done at home and abroad to solve the low efficiency and the mining problems of these mines, and got some research, but didn’t form an effective exploration model. Therefore, strengthening the research of gently inclined thin ore mining is very important to improving the technical level of China’s thin-ore mining and the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly mining industry. The thorough research safety and efficiency of gently inclined thin ore mining was made by take the zinc copper ore body of Tongkeng Mine, Huaxi Group as study object, the gently inclined thin ore body safe and efficient mining technology as study carrier, the TRIZ theory as a guide, and used theoretical analysis, lab experiments and numerical simulation methods. The main contents are as follows:(1) A detailed description of the ore mining conditions was given combined with geological data, as well as the summary of the preliminary work, introduced the corresponding point load test process and the relevant data, statistical analyzed the experimental results.(2) Introduced the innovative theory of TRIZ route by querying the TRIZ contradiction matrix theory, summed up the contradictions that exist in the design, according to the principle to be innovative problem-solving measures, finally designed a feasibility program of to adapt to gently inclined thin ore body safety and efficiently recovery. Adoption of innovative solutions from the quasi-cutting, drilling blasting process was described in detail to the roof, the stope production capacity was checking, the results show that such programs can achieve full design capacity of1million tons of production capacity requirements.(3) The simulation of rock excavation process was made by the use of real rock failure process analysis software (RFPA), four different conditions of roof strata injury and the overall stability situation were achieved. Analysis concluded that:under a single stope excavation case, if there is no point in the column, the stope appears unstable failure phenomenon when the stope opened30m, but if there is regular column support, just spray the roof or supporting the local anchor can ensure safety when the stope opened50m. Under the whole ore block excavation case, when the backfill support is absence, after having opened two stope roof caving and point column compression failure phenomenon; when the stope has filled support, the roof and pillars showed good stability.(4) Analyzes and summarizes the possible factors of roof subsidence and falling process in mining process, combined with the possible problems of zinc-copper ore body mining process made a number of mining roof control measures and precautions. Make the waste rock cemented filling system of Tongkeng Mine back into use, made a detailed description of cement filling system and the rock transport system. Stone and cement mortar are fall through the patio together, while the fall process and the rolling process in the surface, stone and cement mortar can be fully mixed, which can improve the strength of backfill.
