Occurring in the process of ChangQing oil field associated gas gathering and transferringprocess in gas liquid separation production technology problems of the drainage system:condensate frozen, condensate discharge depends on manual work, drainage valve closed relymainly on workers’ visual operations, poor drainage effect, associated gas drainage processwith condensate discharge, the environment pollution and hidden safety problems duringproduction. According to these situations, after in-depth research in gas-liquid separationautomatic drainage technology, we carried out the following works:(1) Through field research, understanding of the current situation of ChangQing oilfieldassociated gas separation process in various oil region, the oil associated gas separationsystem parameters as well as the problems existing in the productions.(2) According to the problems existing in the gas-liquid separation and drainage system,formulated technical rectification measures and solutions.(3) Developed for ChangQing oilfield associated gas of the characteristics of theautomatic drainage device, and the drainage system is optimized.(4) Flow field within the drainage valve flow characteristics of fluid, pressure, turbulenceand gas pressure change on study in detail the influence of drainage, drainage valve design,the structure of the research provides a theoretical basis and good operation; Through thedrainage valve in the opening of the winter and summer are different under the eight kinds ofconditions of numerical simulation, it can be seen that: in both winter and summer, the valvecan run safely.Through the field test shows that: the development of the automatic drainage valvestructure is reasonable, the drainage in a timely and reliable, improved the security of thegas-liquid separation, drainage system, discharge no associated gas entrainment in the liquid,high degree of automation, reduce the labor intensity of workers, greatly reduces theenvironmental pollution, has the remarkable social benefits and environmental benefits.
