The liquid batching line is the essential equipment for the fine chemical industry ingredients such as flavor and spice,and the mixing valve and valve opening device is an important part of the automatic liquid batching production line.The traditional manual batching method has a series of problems,such as inefficiency,difficulty in tracing the batching process,traceability of batching information,and environmental protection in the batching process.Therefore,the research and development of automatic liquid batching system has become an urgent need in the industry.On the basis of extensive literature review,this paper analyses the development trend of liquid batching system,summarizes the problems existing in the batching valves and valve starters in the existing batching system,and clarifies the research core and key points of the batching valves and valve starters.On this basis,the liquid batching valves and valve starters with anti-sputtering,anti-residue and high precision are proposed and studied.Place.The research includes the research of the process route of the automatic batching system,the structure design of the batching valve,the setting of the valve opening device and the theoretical analysis of the fluid.In order to achieve the organic unification of the batching valve and the starter device with the whole batching line,it is necessary to determine the technological route and working mode of the valve and the starter on the batching line equipment.In order to take into account the production efficiency and batching accuracy,the batching valve adopts the structure of two-stage flow valve,and focuses on the sputtering and residual problems of the valve;the valve opening control valve adopts the separate structure of the switch and flow.According to the functional requirements of batching valve and starter device in production line,the overall structure is determined to meet the requirements.In view of the problems existing in the actual production of batching valve and valve starter device,the structure design of batching valve and valve starter device is carried out by Solid works software,and its feasibility is analyzed by using the theory of hydrodynamics.Finally,the conclusion is drawn from the experimental data that the set valve and valve starter device fully meet the requirements.Finally,on-site installation and debugging of the developed valve and valve starter device show that the liquid batching valve and valve starter device can realize the batching operation of the automatic liquid batching system under the premise of ensuring reliability,environmental protection and automation in practical production application,and fully meet the requirements of engineering practice and user needs.
