At present, there are still many mines in our country use bottom valve or fluidic devices for the centrifugal water pump drainage. There are a many problems with these drainage devices. For example:bottom valve usually be made of cast iron, often damaged for quality problems, and the frequency of replacing and repairing is very high. The cost of using and maintenance will be high after the accumulation. The energy loss on bottom valve accounts for about50%~70%that in the inlet pipe, for10%~50%of total on inlet and outlet pipe. Sometimes, pump can’t irrigation water because of the untight seal, or sundries stuck bottom valve. The intensity of labor is big on pump bottom valve repairing and replacement. If the seal is not good when jet pump access to the pipeline, it will affects using. When the vacuum can not meet the requirements, it will affect the water pump start-up. From the use of jet pump to start the centrifugal pump, usually needs a period of time, it’s a waste of energy and time. Working efficiency is usually low by30%. The use of jet pump at the time of switch valve and a centrifugal pump has a certain order, if the order is wrong, the centrifugal pump can’t be start properly.Aiming at the problems above drainage device, this paper designed a new type of mine bottomless valve automatic drainage device, so as to provide the necessary safety production technology and equipment protection for units of coal mine. This thesis mainly conducted the following research work:(1) on the basis of the introduction of mine flooding accident, the principle of mine bottomless valve automatic drainage device has carried on the related research. I have participated in the related enterprise target set to provide the necessary technical reference for mine the development of the automatic drainage device.(2) This shell is designed for the automatic drainage device software by Huainan Linzhong information technology co., LTD. The key parts design scheme of the drainage device is introduced, the process selection and process optimization was carried on.(3)When using Solidworks simulation in the design of the flameproof enclosure, we usually add1Mpa static pressure, through the analysis related to stress, displacement distribution, weld quality and related parameters, the parameter we designed and validated were completely satisfy the requirement underground anti-explosion.(4) And the device to the factory inspection and test verification device are reasonable and reliable.The reports carried by Mine Communications Monitoring Equipment Inspection of National Security Production Center in Changzhou shows that the development of the mine bottomless valve automatic drainage device completely accorded with the coal safety regulations and GB3836.2-2010"explosive environment Part2:by flame-proof enclosures "d" protection equipment "and other national standards for the mine drainage device requirements. The device can start and stop water pump according to the collected signals from sensors and the predefined control program. It greatly promoted the modernization of intelligent mine construction in our country and laid a foundation for our intelligent mines.
