Agitation is a widely used unit operation.The principle involves of hydrodynamics, mass transfer, heat transfer and chemical reaction and other varieties of complex process.The essence of the agitation process is the process of "three against" in the flow field, namely, momentum, heat, quality, and the chemical reaction process.To produce suitable for mixing flow field medium mechanical energy input to reach the purpose of stirring device is the agitator.Therefore agitator is core parts of implementing the mixing process and reaching the purpose of stirring.In the process of different agitation purpose of operating need different flow field, Supply and the need to how much energy and various types of agitator can provide what kind of flow field.These interrelated problems have no complete theory foundation.So people to its theory study also lacks the systemic, the universal conclusion, to design the agitator selection is mainly based on experience and the existing standards. Therefore, the current theoretical study about its lack of systematic, pervasive conclusion, for the design and selection of agitator is mainly based on experience and existing standards to design.In this paper the application of AHP, to propose a blender with a certain universality selection method for determining the agitator selection aptitude theoretical transition from experience a useful attempt.Prepared based on the MATLAB programming environment agitator selection procedures, the establishment of a conventional propeller design parameters GB database and complete graphical user interface design, implementation of interactive software industry agitator type design, the designer to reduce the theoretical experience requirements, improve rational design and improve design efficiency.
