| Bolting, widely used in engineering practice, plays an very important role in roadway support. In this paper, research on mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock of mining roadway in deep well and design of anchor support has been made on the basis of roadway at level-780m of5121B9b(s) working face of XieYi mine belonging to Huainan Mine Industry Group, by applying theoretical analysis, numeral simulation of FLAC3D and field test. Model of surrounding rock in deep well has been established, plastic zone radius has been deduced and anchor support parameters have carried on the preliminary design. Anchor support parameters have been optimized by using method of orthogonal experiment combined with numeral simulation. Meanwhile, mechanics characteristics of surrounding rock of deep roadway and bolting effect has been simulated. Finally, by the method of field test, bolting effect has been examined, and mechanics characteristics of surrounding rock have been analyzed during roadway excavation and working face recovery. Research achievement will provide certain reference value for similar case in future. |
