| Study on failure mechanics and support technology for surrounding rock of deep coal roadway has a great of significance, this article depending on support project of a mine’s No.403101 work face haulage, theoretical analysis, laboratory tests, field monitoring and testing, numerical simulation method was adopted, failure characteristics and support technology for surrounding rock of deep coal roadway was studied, the main contents and conclusions:(1)Physical and mechanical properties of No.4 coal was studied by laboratory tests,we got physical and mechanical parameters of No.4 coal.Combined with failure characteristics of surrounding rock at No.403101 work face haulage and results of mine’s in-situ stresses test, deformation failure impact factors for surrounding rock of deep coal roadway have properties of surrounding rock, roadway depth, horizontal stress magnitude, the angle of maximum horizontal stress and roadway axial, geological structure, mining disturbance and groundwater.(2)Original supporting scheme was evaluated by using field monitoring, the results show that surrounding rock of roadway has large deformation, pressure of bolt(cable) is more than its design tensile strength, range of loose circle for surrounding rock is more than length of bolt, the original supporting scheme is not meet the requirements.(3)Combined with failure mechanism for surrounding rock of deep coal roadway and support design principles, it proposed pressure relief by using empty anchor hole, reinforcement of bolt(cable) support parameters, the support measures of make away pressure is wooden pallets of bolt and channel plus butterfly tray of anchor, bolt(cable) parameters was given by using theoretical calculation and FLAC simulation.(4)The feasibility of No.403101 work face haulage support program was verified by using field test, the results show that surrounding rock is stable, the proposed support program is feasible, result of the study has certain reference value for roadway support parameters design of similar mining workface in mining area. |
