The new spiral corrugated steel machine not only can realizing the online continuousproduction but also having high energy utilization rate, high efficiency, low pollution andother advantages would be the important component in our life as well as the new direction ofpipe development and there will be a prosperous market. The traditional processes ofmanufacture are mainly limited to hot rolling and welding. However, the new process adoptscold rolling method. It can reduce the cost compared with others under the same performanceindex. So further research on the structure characteristics will be the significant direction ofindependent innovation.Based on original equiopment, the new design scheme is proposedwith TRIZ theory in this study. The whole study is focused on the innovation design ofstructure. Meanwhile a littile dynamic analysis of the structure is carried out. Above all, thefollowing four aspects have been investigated.First, problems were found out depend on the experience. According to the TRIZ theory,the physical and technical contradictions were extracted from structure. And then theparameters, which were necessary to modify, were found out with comparison of39parameters. At the same time,40invention principles were used to determine the feasible wayto solve the problem. Next, under the consideration of function and requirement, the weightfactors between the requirements and engineering characteristics and the rate of improvementwere determined with the method of QFD.Then new working structure was put up with theideal solution obtained from solution of contradictions. Also the sketch of the new structurewas plotted. Meanwhile the components were designed in detail. Then, the models of newmachine were built with Pro/E. In order to demonstrate the reasonability of the model, thedynamic simulation of the components was performanced. Last, there was a static analysis tothe gear shaft and a dynamic analysis depend on the working condition to the key part of newand original modal. The modal characteristics (natural frequency and its mode shape) werecompared between the two. It provided a theoretical basic for the further research to themachine.Through the process of design and simple analysis in the postprocessor phase, the newmechanism is obtained. It is the analysis to the different models that that’s the foundation ofthe innovation design.
