Determination Of10Kinds Of Organic Pollutants In Groundwater Samples By Gas Chromatography And Liquid Chromatography

In recent years, China geological survey opens the groundwater pollutioninvestigation project for the first time in our country. Among them, the organicpollutants in groundwater pollution became the focus of widespread attention, it alsoanalysis of organic pollutant testing technology put forward higher requirements, so asto enhance the ministry door organic pollutants analysis ability. I unit to undertake theheilongjiang regional groundwater pollution survey projects, including for four isomersof DDT and BHC isomers, hexachlorobenzene, benzopyrene, the determination of the10kinds of organic compounds by oneself. Gas chromatography and liquidchromatography as an organic analysis equipment, have become a common analysis ofgeological mining lab instrument, the application of it shows geological mining labbroaden to organic inorganic analysis from the original field analysis.Organic matter content analysis usually by gas chromatography and liquidchromatography (HPLC) can be completed. When measured on the thermal stability,easy vaporization, gas chromatography can be adopted to choose the appropriatedetector for testing. If the sample to be measured on the thermal instability, not easyvaporization, liquid chromatography (HPLC) should be adopted by selecting theappropriate detector for testing samples of physical and chemical properties. Gaschromatography and liquid chromatography (HPLC) such as high separation efficiency,good selectivity, high sensitivity, less sample consumption, fast analysis speed, and theadvantages of wide application. And because of its good stability, high precision, goodreproducibility, so especially suitable for for content determination of the knowsamples.In this paper, based on the groundwater pollution survey project on the analysis ofthe organic pollutants, established using gas chromatography and liquidchromatography determination of10kinds of content of organic pollutants ingroundwater detection method. Its requirements, method precision and accuracy werebetter than countries smoothly through the national assessment, and excellent completedmore than two hundred in the assessment work of the groundwater samples. Theestablishment of the organic pollutants analysis method marked the geoscientificlaboratory analysis ability has been broaden in the field of organic analysis, can bebetter for the country’s various authentic experimental data analysis projects 2012and2013, two years, this paper research method has been used in theministry of groundwater pollution investigation items on the determination of organiccontaminants in10.Among them2012completed more than250pieces of groundwatersamples detection;2013completed more than300pieces of groundwater samplesdetection, Daqing region nearly10pieces,5kinds of organic pollutants in groundwatersamples were checked out.
