| Persist Organic Pollutants(POPs)are a series of natural or synthetic organic pollutants,which are harmful to human health and environment,they survive long time through various environmental medium.POPs are persistent,bio-accumulate,migrated and extremely toxic.Now,there are various methods to detect POPs,such as gas chromatography(GC),gas chromatography tandem chromatography(GC-MS),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),electrochemistry,capillary electrophoresis(CE)and so on.The traditional chromatographic methods have the disadvantages of process trivial,high cost and long time.Other methods,such as electrochemistry,are difficulty for simultaneously detecting multiple substances.So it is meaningful to establish a method to highly efficient and fast analysis of POPs.Supercritical Fludic Chromatography is a chromatographic method to separation and analysis based on solvent capacity of mobile phase.CO2 is often used as mobile phase.The abbreviation of Supercritical Fludic Chromatography is SFC.The commercial product of SFC is named to Ultra-performance Convergence Chromatography(UPC2).Compared with GC,the analysis conditions of SFC are warm without volatility of targets;On the other hand,there are more kinds of stationary phase for SFC to compare with LC,moreover,SFC has better performance in separation of isomers.Therefore,it is important to establish a rapid and accuracy method to simultaneously detect various substances.In this paper,the detection methods of three kinds of POPs based on UPC2were established through selecting stationary phase,mobile phase,column temperature,system pressure and optimizing the injection number,wavelength or MS condition.These methods were accomplished to detect POPs and their migration in daily food contact materials(FCM)such as nilyon-6,polystyrene(PS)and polycarbonate(PC).The detail work includes the following three aspects:1.The determination of caprolactam in nilyon-6 products using UPC2.In our work,ACQUITY UPC2 TM TM HSS C188 SB column was used as the analytical column and methanol(2%water)as the mobile phase B.Caprolactam was be separated less than5.5min and the limit of detection(LOD)were 2.0 mg/L,2.0 mg/L,1.0 mg/L,2.0mg/L.2.The determination of 22 phthalates in polystyrene products using UPC2.In our work,ACQUITY UPC2Torus 1-AA column is the analytical column and the mixture of acetonitrile and isopropanol(v:v=2:8)is the mobile phase B.All phthalates were be separated less than 3.5min and all 5 isomer groups can be baseline separated.The linear range of 20 phthalate esters was 0.05-10 mg/L,The linear range of DINP and DIDP was 0.25-10 mg/L.3.The determination of BPA,phenol and 4-tert-butylpyrocatechol using UPC2.In our work,ACQUITY UPC2 TM TM HSS C188 SB column is the analytical column and ethanol is the mobile phase B.Bisphenol A,phenol and p-tert-butyl phenol were be separated less than 5.5min and the LOD was all 1.0 mg/L. |
