Food and environmental pollutants have threatened the human health for a long time because of its extensive source and the complex composition. When exposed to these pollutants for a long term, even if the content is low, people may be suffered from the metabolic abnormalities of cells and tissues, and resulted in the decrease of immune function and various dysfunctions, and even induced tumors with long-term accumulation. Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a detection technology of pollutants for environmental protection and human health. In order to obtain the accurate analysis results, choosing the appropriate sample preparation technology is commonly used before analyzing instrument separation and enriching of trace components. In this paper,we had studied the application of several new sample pretreatment methods in the extraction of pollutants, and several kinds of food and environmental pollutants were detected by high performance liquid chromatography. The main research contents are summarized as follows:Chapter 1: We have sketched the high performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?and the characteristics, synthesis methods and applications of metal organic frameworks.Chapter 2: We used dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction to extract chloropheno xy acid herbicides. The analytes were labeled by fluorescent derivatization reagents 2-?11H-benzo[a]carbazol-11-yl?-ethyl-4-methylbenzenesulfonate?BCETS?and combined wit h HPLC with fluorescence detector. The proposed method was used to the determinatio n of 8 chlorophenoxy acid herbicides in crops after the optimization of extraction and derivatization conditions.Chapter 3: The UiO-67 metal-organic framework was successfully synthesized and employed as dispersive solid-phase extraction adsorbent to enrich several plant growth regulators. After that, the analytes were labeled with fluorescent derivatization reagents. The mass spectrum was used to explain the derivatization principle and by investigating the pivotal parameters affecting the extraction and derivatization process, the residues of the plant growth regulator was detected in the fruit.Chapter 4: The JUC-48 metal-organic framework possessing large pore size was successfully synthesized.Characterization performed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Because of the large pore size and high specific surface area of JUC-48,it can be used for the enrichment of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons?PAHs?.By combined with HPLC,a sensitive and convenient method for the detection of PAHs was established.Under the optimum optimization conditions, seven PAHs in the environmental water samples were detected by this method.Chapter 5: Fe3O4@JUC-48 magnetic composites using as magnetic solid-phase microextraction adsorbents were successfully synthesized and we employed it to enrich sulfonamides. The method has the advantages of simple operation, less organic solvent consumption and high extraction efficiency.Combined with HPLC,we established a method for the determination of 6 sulfonamide antibiotics in meat product.
