| Until now, the domestic natural gas industry is still follow the old mechanical stress testing meter, but this instrument can only shows the current pressure value, without the data recording and transmission capabilities.Gas companies can only rely on the manual way to master pipeline pressure situations.But this manual method can not meet the enterprises for the automation and information technology requirements, and does not help the company completely control of the pipeline pressure changes, and is not conducive to the company to make effective schemes to guarantee the user stable pressure.Natural gas is flammable, although mechanical instrument have good explosion-proof, but the frequent personnel access will increase the probability of accidents.Therefore we need to find a new natural gas pipeline inspection solutions urgently.To solve the above problems, the design seeks a low-power, high-precision, with recording function, safety explosion-proof electronic pressure detection solutions.The subject adopts the Cortex-M3based EFM32series of low-power processor as the core, with the2.4GHz RF communication technology to achieve data overcharges. Adopt the piezoresistive pressure sensor to measure the pressure, and use the ZMD31050signal conditioning chip to make temperature compensation and linearity correction for high accuracy. In terms of hardware, a scheme which utilize the infrared signal to wake up RF transmission is presented to avoid the power when the RF module is in the mode waiting to receive, and the voltage regulator technology is utilized to reduce the system operating voltage.In terms of software, in order to solve the problem of large amounts of data storage, the design presents data scrolling storage algorithms. In order to achieve data transmission, the design designe the accompanying handheld machine,and this device can transfer the received data to the SD card, and then we can realize analysis of the data through the special PC software.After testing under normal operating conditions, the overall program achieve the goal of low-power, the system’s overall power consumption is only300uA. As a result of temperature compensation and linear compensation, the system’s pressure measurement accuracy is up to0.2%which meets the industrial requirements. Wireless transmission speed and accuracy rate reach the expectations, and it is a safe and convenient way to collect and transfer data. |
