This system is to count the particles of pharmaceutical packaging machinerycomponents, detection and identification of particles of pharmaceutical packagingbefore counting and incomplete drugs. Automatic counting machine is the keyequipment in the drug automated packaging line, most of the actual use of domestichigh-performance automatic counting machine according to lazy to foreign technology,similar products domestic brands and foreign manufacturers still have a wide gap, thegap is mainly reflected in the counting speed and accuracy, the detection of drugincomplete degree, and product life. To solve these problems, with emphasis on theimprovement of the data processing mode the photocell sensor of work and the controlmodule.The system is divided into two parts of the module and the control module of theelectric eye. The electric eye module, infrared LED as a source of light, thephotosensitive transistor as the sensing element, use radio installation mode, the lightsource and the sensitive components between drugs whereabouts channel. The photocellsensor dynamic scanning mode, when something falls within the channel would blockthe live light emitted infrared light the phototransistor will jump by conduction state isturned off, in order to determine whether an object falling. Single-beam detectionprinciple of the electric eye can be more precise identification of drug volume.Multiplexing way to connect the electric eye between the module and the controlmodule, the input signal is processed by the comparator input to the control board dataprocessing chip for processing. Electric eye module in each channel is relativelyindependent of the work, at the same time to solve the different channels ofpharmaceutical whereabouts, the system uses parallel processing of data the CPLD asdata acquisition chip.The control panel is mainly composed by the CPLD and DSP control system,wherein CPLD mainly for the multi-channel parallel electric eye data collection andinitial treatment of the collected signal, the output of the DSP can receive a serial signal,and input to the DSP interrupt Alert parties. DSP and CPLD input signal for furtherprocessing. CPLD transmit interrupt number and to determine the quantities of drugs,according to the tablets on time and occluded width of the infrared light to estimate the area of drugs, in order to determine the drug incomplete. When the count reachesthe set value, DSP will be sent to the PLC start bottling signal, start Drug bottlingprocedures. If the detected incomplete drugs, issued tick bottles signals, not bound theincomplete drugs loaded bottle.According to the actual production environment, the system can be flexibly setthe number of drug bottling, the the drug particle count of each channel is relativelyindependent, but the the drug count the total number of summary the total count foreach channel. The area of the initial value of the medicines can be flexibly set to toas incomplete drugs Analyzing standard. The drug count setting and count the size ofthe drugs through the485set by the PLC. So that the system can be flexibly used in thevarious particle pharmaceutical packaging machinery.
