| In recent years,petroleum logging tools have developed rapidly,and the mastery of down hole data is getting higher and higher.There are many kinds of logging tools and data acquisition methods in our country,and there are many kinds of logging tools in foreign countries.At the same time,with the development of logging technology and logging methods,there are many problems in the compatibility and adaptability of logging tools,and the cost of logging tools is high,which results in the traditional logging.Instruments with fewer well parameters can not meet the current demand;the use of multi-data logging system logging,because of the small memory,slow processing speed and less external connectable resources of MCU used by traditional instruments,has caused the poor real-time performance of the instrument and the problem of less expandable resources.Therefore,it is very urgent to develop a multi-channel data acquisition system with high performance and compatibility for petroleum logging tools.Aiming at the problems of low performance,high power consumption,portability and poor real-time performance of traditional logging tools,this project develops and implements a high-speed data acquisition system for sensitive devices and a communication system for each component.The system has the advantages of high reliability,good real-time performance,strong flexibility and fast data transmission speed,and can be used in a certain range.Increase the data acquisition ability of petroleum logging tools.Starting from the background and research significance of oil logging field,this paper analyses the severe situation faced by multi-channel data acquisition system of oil logging.The principle of multi-channel oil logging tool information acquisition is studied,and the current development situation and trend at home and abroad are also discussed.The STM32 high-performance controller and various parallel/serial bus interface technologies are used in the multi-channel oil logging tool data acquisition system,and the design scheme of the system is determined.According to the design scheme of the whole system,STM32 minimum system hardware circuit,multi-channel information acquisition circuit,communication circuit,display circuit and various related hardware technical schemes are studied and introduced.The research focuses on the master controller STM32F103ZET6 which can use UCOS-Ⅲ real-time operating system.The overall scheme of the multi-channel data acquisition system for petroleum logging tools is presented.Three important parts are put forward: the design of the first and fifth parameter acquisition circuit,the second and communication circuit,and the third,the design of the human-computer interaction circuit.Finally,through the production and debugging of the hardware and software of the system,the debugging of the data acquisition system,the successful acquisition and calibration of multi-channel data,and the transmission of underground data are realized,which are displayed separately by upper and lower computers.This project develops a multi-channel data acquisition system for petroleum logging tools,which can collect temperature,pressure,gamma,flow rate,magnetic positioning and other parameters.The controller uses UCOS Ⅲ to develop the system,which improves the efficiency of data acquisition and can meet the needs of practical engineering.It has a certain practical significance. |
