| Tension and bending leveler has the characteristics of tension leveler and rollerleveler, it has a very good leveling effect for strip, especially for the thinner strip, besides,the tension and bending leveler can eliminate shape defects and improve the quality of thestrip during the leveling process. Because of the process of tension and bending leveling isvery complicated, it involves tension and bending, elastic restore and many other aspects,how to accurate and quantitative describe each variable is a key during the deformationprocess. Therefore, the research on tension and bending leveler has important theoreticaland practical significance.Based on the leveling theory of tension leveler and roller leveler, and considered thepremise of material strengthening, this paper has worked out the formula of plasticbending moment during the process of tension leveling, also has got the computing theoryand relationship of the horizontal force and the vertical force; combined with therelationship between compressive deformation and bending curvature about the tensionand bending leveler of equal roller spacing, it has got the relationship betweencompressive deformation and bending curvature about the tension and bending leveler ofunequal roller spacing. Used the theory that the tension can produce a distance betweenthe neutral layer and middle layer during the process of tension leveling, and also canmake the middle layer produce tensile deformation, the formula of residual elongation hasgiven under the condition of material strengthening. It also established the relationshipduring every theory and formula in the process of tension leveling, confirmed a specificcalculation method, and worked out the comprehensive computing theory of tension andbending leveler; then applied the theory into the practical process, that is to say, combinedthe practical data, and under the condition of stated compressive deformation and specificelongation, to calculate the tension, residual curvature, and the final residual specificelongation during the leveling process, used these results, to further analyze the specificrelationship during every process parameter in the leveling process. This paper makes a specific research on the computing theory of the tension andbending leveler. Laid a theoretical foundation for accurately setting the leveling rule oftension and bending leveler. |
