At present iron and steel is still the main car body material,but also the most cost-effective material.The energy and environmental problems in today's society is becoming more and more prominent.Under the premise of ensuring the safety lightweight body is becoming the main development direction of the automotive industry.High strength steel is a kind of excellent vehicle with lightweight materials,its development and application for energy saving and emission reduction provides an important way.A steel pickling line,designed annual production capacity is 23.78 million tons,mainly the production is mild steel and normal structure steel,after years of continuous improvement,and currently it has an annual output capacity of 2.6 million tons.In order to meet the market demand of high strength steel products,the pickling line has been modified to ensure the existing annual capacity of 2.6 million tons,while an annual capacity of 2.95 million tons,which includes 0.35 million tons of high strength steel.The tension leveling machine unit is composed of two parts,the host machine and the tension rollers.The tension leveling machine applies to strip bending stress;forward and,backward tension rollers apply to strip tensile stress.These two kinds of forces let strip produce moderate extension.On one hand,this extension can improve the flatness,eliminate strip shape wave,buckling,camber and defects;and elimination of the yield platform,improve the mechanical properties of steel;on the other hand,due to the strip surface oxidation layer and iron substrate in performance exists huge difference,strip under bending and stretching,the oxide layer fall off a lot,still attached to oxidation in the surface layer will crack,so as to improve the acid pickling bath in the efficiency of scale.The original structure of tension leveling machine can only meet the ordinary steel structure production elongation and breaking effect of descaling and for new high strength steel products need to further improve the ability of tension leveling machine.Aiming at the outline of new products,it is necessary to research the straightening deformation behavior and mechanism,the relationship of the into depth of bending rolls and straightening straight rolls,straightening process tension,the percentage elongation,to develop a new production conditions of straightening machine using technology of art and related setting control mathematical model,so that the straightening machine can not only meet the requirements of the production of mild steel and ordinary steel structure,but also to meet the requirements of the production of new high strength steel.
