In the context of great emphasis from central to local governments, the dissertationserves to study policy systems for the prevention and control of agricultural pollution withthe support of Asian Development Bank (ADB). It is to design the policies for the typicalareas in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River region (i.e. the area alongYangtze River in Anhui) design of prevention and control policies for agricultural pollution,which can give theoretical assistance for the governments’ policy makers to develop andimplement a unified policy system on agricultural pollution control, measures and laws andregulations.
