| In recent years, people have a full demand in European-style wooden windows with life quality and standard of living is escalating. European-style wooden windows is not only beautiful appearance, high-end taste features, but also has energy-saving insulation features. In global warming, promote energy conservation today, of great significance to research European-style wooden windows and equipment.This paper describes the status of open tenon technique, and introduces the principle of open tenon briefly. Comparative analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional wooden windows and European-style wooden windows, and classifies the tenon connections of wooden windows.This leads to a new secret beveled tenon of European-style wooden windows.Based on the mathematical theory model of analyzing round-straight tenon and round direct mortise, this paper proposes a mathematical theory model of new secret beveled tenon of European-style wooden windows. These provide a theoretical basis for future generations of research and NC machining.This paper analyzes the new secret beveled tenon of European-style wooden windows, develop processing technology of the secret beveled tenon for the design of CNC machining equipment.At the base of NC manufacturing procedure, the paper presents the design of primary motion system and feeding system which belong to tool in full, so that the device can be achieved in the X, Y, Z three directions.Finally, in Pro/E environment, to create three-dimensional model of parts and assembly together in accordance with mechanism principles, and then using Pro/E mechanism simulates European-style wooden windows'secret beveled tenon processing, to guide the actual production of this equipment.Developing the equipment and technology, it enriches in large domestic market for CNC woodworking machines, it meets the people's need for European-style wooden windows, it is important to improve our woodworking industry's NC level. |
