Due to the lack of our country numerical control talented person, in dire need of professional Computer numerical control(CNC) teachers to cultivate the NC(numerical control) talents, only the CNC professional teachers’ professional teaching ability improved, can improve theoretical knowledge and operation skills of the NC talents. And at present, NC professional teachers’ teaching ability training is insufficient in our country, still confined to the traditional in the cultivation of the single teaching way, the cultivation of the NC professional teaching platform could not reach the requirements of our country’s standard. This thesis is in such a background, the purpose of this research is to use the modern education technology, combining the theory of microteaching, the project teaching method and the theory of operation skills, to research the numerical control micro project teaching method, to explore the CNC professional teaching skills’formation rule. The research content is as follows:(1) CNC microteaching method in the application of CNC professional teacher training;(2) The building of CNC microteaching environment;(3) Undering the CNC environment and using project teaching method of teaching design;(4) Combining with the actual case to analysis this research. The significance of this research are the following:based on the research of the numerical control micro-standard project teaching method, combine nc micro-standard teaching and project teaching, design the new teaching program, the teaching mode has a strong practical and forward-looking in helping the cultivation of the professional teachers. Has a great significance in building the new CNC professional teacher training method.
