Water pollution in rural areas of Guangxi occurs frequently, and the issue of water security is concerned increasingly. In regard to these problems, I choose The Pingguo County as the investigation site, glance the status of the rural areas of Guangxi water pollution, combine with China and Irural water pollution legislation, analyze the shortcomings of the existing legislation, and put forward their own point of views.In the first part of this article, I describe the concept of water pollution, and analyze the characteristics of rural water pollution. then I sum up the main source of water pollution and hazards of the rural areas and analyze the main reason of water pollution in rural areas on the basis of investigation and data access to lay the foundation for legal measures to comply with the regional situation.In the second part of this article, I sort out the introduction of rural water pollution control laws and regulations in recent years, combine with the actual situation, sum up the shortcomings and deficiencies in the legislation of water pollution. For example, the specific standards of the rural water pollution control legislation is in the blank, and the civil compensation system aimed at the the existing pollution damage to is far from perfect, the interests of rural residents are not effectively protected, and the lack of environmental functions of township government and township environmental agencies, etc.In the third part of this article, I sum up the above two parts of rural water pollution in Guangxi practical reasons and legislative defects to build Guangxi rural water pollution control legal countermeasures.
