Talents is the key competitiveness in the21st century, training high-quality talents put forward higher and higher requirement for education. Children certainly will receive the unprecedented concern as the future hope, the question that the quality education of children is same as adult have been paid close attention. Seeing that the toy is important to children in growing up and developing of plural intelligence, and in the view of current situation of toy design in our country, this paper regards children’s toy design as the key research goal, using child psychology, pedagogy, plural intellectual theory, the relevant theories of the game and psychology of designing, designing ethics real examples of, product design, survey and study, and using the research approach to analyze, sum up, deduce synthetically, approached the problems correlated with child’s toy design under the value standpoint of quality-oriented education, hoping to have certain directive significance in theroy and practice to design toys for children.The toy design should realize his overall quality-oriented education function to the child. This paper has explained the important function on children’s quality-oriented education of the game.at first, has pointed the important meaning that toy design will meet children’s sexual behavior characteristic of games; Secondly this paper have carried on the discussion to the toy in terms of function, summarized the behavior of the educational function of toys, in order to promote the education function of toys, it has explained systematically that the toy characteristics should be pay attention in designing toys for children:Experiencing, cognition, life situation, thinking property of participation, artistry, opening and playmate’s property of participation, it have offered the reference basis for promoting function of toys;Have analyzed that children’s psychology developing and behavioral characteristic in different ages influence the function design of child’s toys, and analysised the instances in great detail; Finally, combined the professional knowledge of industrial product design, put forward the toy combined with quality-oriented education and designed new thinking, the method and evaluation criterion on this basis, have provided the theoretical foundation and considered the key element for the function research of the toy for children and design of toy.
