Research On Reliability Engineering Technology Of The Mine Reducer For Manufacturing

Mine reducer as one of the important mechanical transmission device of mining machine,is used to reduce speed、transfer power and increase torque.Because there still has a general certain gap of the domestic mining reducer production enterprises in the design level and production technology compared with foreign country, domestic reducer reliability poor and service life is short, combined with the working condiction of mine reducer is harsh,the underground environment is badly,that can get unstable impulsive load effect and is easy to occur failure. And its failure will not only cause economic loss, even will threaten the life safety.Therefore, the reliability level of mine reducer will directly affect the reliability and safety of the whole system,we must be focused on research of reliability of the mine reducer and take effective ways to solve the problems of domestic mine reducer to prevent and reduce fault or accidents and provide convenient and continuous production conditions for the enterprise.Based on the analysis of mine reducer at home and abroad research and development situation, this thesis set up the mine reducer reliability engineering system structure and analyse the reliability index and standard selection of mine reducer, then proceed reliability modeling, FMEA analysis, FTA analysis and Failure Report Analysis and Corrective Action System(FRACAS) of mine reducer, put forward different reliability assurance measures of mine reducer for the enterprise each department, then the results of the analysis will be applied to the enterprise in the whole production process, that can improve the reliability of the mine reducer.According to the needs analysis of domestic mine reducer production enterprise, with YB6.0programming language and SQL Server2005database, it construct a mine reducer reliability information management platform. The system based on mine reducer manufacturing process of the collection and managementall of all kinds of information and reliability data, realize the data information to add、delete、query and report printing function; Through reliability prediction FMEA analysis and FRACAS of the mine reducer, realize the information management of reliability of the mine reducer, and provides the security for design and manufacturing process of the mine reducer to improve the reliability.
