| With the rapid development of science and technology,industrial equipment tends to be intelligent.The degree of automation and man-machine integration of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the coal mining operation is more and more obvious.As the main power equipment,the reducer has the function of reducing speed and increasing torque.It cannot be lost in the crusher,elevator,scraper conveyor,coal mining machine,and other equipment.When the mine reducer fault occurs,the equipment connected to it will be serious influence,and even lead to paralysis of the coal mining system.Therefore,it is very important to predict and analyze the reliability life of the reducer in the current situation.In this thesis,the reliability of the mine reducer is analyzed,and its significance is researched.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the current situation home and abroad,future development and application of the reliability life analysis,the paper puts forward the reliability life prediction of the mine reducer.Firstly,the reliability block diagram of the mine reducer is established from the aspect of reliability and life theory,and the reliability life distribution model of the mine reducer is built.Secondly,the reliability life distribution model of the mine reducer is analyzed,the parameter of definite Weibull distribution model is generally determined by using the least square method to estimate,but due to the randomness of fault data and linear estimation have a certain error,the result is not ideal.Finally,the artificial bee colony algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the model of the reliability life distribution model for this problem.Taking a mine reducer selected models as the actual research object and processing the fault data,the calculated data compare with the technical parameters,the results prove that the algorithm can be used in the reliability life prediction of mine reducer. |
