With the development of economy, the consμmption of resources, resources crisis problemhas appeared. Face the Inevitable and reality problems, looking for a kind of green renewableenergy to replace non-renewable resources has been an inevitable trend. As a kind of naturalpolymer materials, characteristics of plant fiber is recyclable and renewable and pollution-free,It will alleviate the shortage of resource supply and demand contradiction. Therefore, is aroundthe corner to produce a fiber thermal insulation material as a natural material can be naturaldegradation, and renewable. In this paper, we’ll through a variety of methods of flame retardantinsulation plant fiber materials with plant fiber have carried on the experiment and theoreticalstudy. And we analyze the different grinding parameters through influence on fiber form, andaltered physical and mechanical properties of flame retardant insulation plant fiber materials.First of all, through the single factor experiment, we research influence to mechanicalbehavior and fiber morphology and manufacture paper with pulp board by different pulpingprocess parameters, including concentration of pulping, the number of pulping and the gap ofpulping. With the increase of ground pulp density which from the test, beating degree of fibervalue increases and then no obvious change. Fiber length decreases, fiber width has no obviouschange, increase rate of fiber kinking and crimp index, fiber broom is changed after the increasesand then slightly decreased. The resistance and tensile strength of cardboard increased, and theability of tear strength decrease. With the increase of pulping, beating degree rising, fiber broomof the rate and the content of fines increase gradually, the fiber length, the kink rate and crimpindex decreased gradually. Fiber width has no obvious change. Burst degrees of cardboard andincrease tensile strength, tear strength decreased. When plate grinding clearance in10μm-50μm, along with the rising of the disc grinding clearance, pines massoniana fibers beating degreedecreases rapidly, fiber length, fiber width, the kink rate and crimp index increased gradually, butthe feather of fiber rate and the percentage of fines are gradually decreases, and the ability ofresistance to degrees and a decrease in tensile strength, tear strength. While the gap of pulpinglarger than50μm, fiber morphology and mechanical properties of the board had no obviouslychange.The next,through single factor test to determine the response surface testprogram.Investigate fiber morphology of the slurry obtained under the conditions of the program,and the impact on the physical and mechanical properties of cardboard and flameretardant insulation plant fiber material.As a result,optimize the fiber preparation process of theplant fiber material of the flame-retardant insulation,Then response surface test schemedetermined by single factor test results, discusses the solution under the condition of the pulpfibers in the form of form, as well as to the board and physical and mechanical properties offlame retardant insulation plant fiber materials, the influence of the optimization of the flameretardant insulation plant fiber materials with fiber preparation technology.Results from theresponse surface test,The order of the factors the plant fiber materials in the bonding strength:the gap of pulping(X3)> concentration of pulping(X1)> the number of pulping(X2). For Pinusmassoniana plant fiber material internal bond strength,One-time items of Model X1、X3arehighly significant,X2is no significant.The interaction term X1X3、X1X2and X2X3are nosignificant.The quadratic X12、X22and X32are highly significant.Finally,fiber analysis and copied cause of cardboard and prepared into a fire-retardantinsulation plant fiber material by response surface test preparation slurry.From the test,it can bemade the best fiber broom,when concentration of pulping is8%, the number of pulping is2andthe gap of pulping is30μm.The flame retardant insulation plant fiber materials,elastic modulusis2.42MPa,the static bending strength is267.3KPa,the compressive strength is261.9KPa,andthe internal bond strength is91.9KPa.Consequently,on the condition that concentration of pulping is8%, the number of pulpingis2and the gap of pulping is30μm,preparation of flame-retardant insulation plant fibermaterials with plant fiber,which the inner binding properties can be improved between thefibers,and increase the fiber network strength.As a result,Improve the overall mechanicalproperties of the material of plant fiber puffed,which has an important reference value to actualproduction.
