In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic textile industry, the gap betweensupply and demand of raw material is bigger and bigger. In order to deal with domesticcontradiction of fiber products, we can study on natural fiber like jute and sisal to take placeof chemical fiber in certain ways. In this study, using ultraviolet, microwave-assistedchemical on jute degumming process, using high pressure and high temperature-assistedchemical on sisal degumming process. Also, the study including jute degumming energy costand jute/PCL composite material used on acoustic noise.The study attempted to exploit the ultraviolet, microwave processing technology tostrengthen the traditional alkali degumming process. In the study, it found that ultraviolet,microwave enhanced alkali treatment in UV process2h, sodium hydroxide concentration of10g/L, microwave processing time up to10min, can be obtained the best adhesive residue rateof4.9%. At the same time, through the method of degumming on jute, its breaking strength inbetween44.3CN-46.2CN, elongation at break between4.99%-5.38%.Traditional degumming of jute caused large power consumption, the waste water can’t berecycled, and the serious pollution problem. The study found that ultraviolet, microwavestrengthen degumming process was more economical, compared with the biological-chemical associated method, ultraviolet, microwave strengthen degumming process can saveelectrical power consumption by66.4%, the agent by13.8%, time-consuming by42.4%.The study attempted to exploit the high temperature, high pressure, microwave processingtechnology to strengthen the traditional alkali degumming process on sisal fiber. In the study,it found that high pressure process20min, sodium hydroxide concentration of15g/L,microwave processing time up to15min, microwave frequency700W, it can be obtained thebest adhesive residue rate of6.03%.
