Comparative Study On The Female Clothing Decoration In The Republic Of China Rfom Xiangxi To Jiangnan

This thesis will be based on the collation, generalization and comparison of numerous substances handed down from one generation to another and profiles in the period of China from Western Hunan to South of Yangtze. From the research, it can be infered that there are lots of similarities in the female clothing of embroideries, accessories and the require of workmanship of border, boiling and inlaying in the two areas. Take female cotton-padded jacket for instance, it is easy to be observed that all these technologies are used in wristband, cuff and the hem of jacket, with diverse materials and forms. In addition, there are also many similarities in female clothing accessories such as varieties, materials and external attributes.Firstly analytical overview of the basic types of the female clothing basic type and their decorative forms, learned that there are similarities and differences exist in the local clothing heritage by western apparel civilization impact differently, that the extent of digestion and absorption of civilization and Western dress with typical local geographical features clothing heritage extent the different clothing phenomenon. It is spread because the evolution of the development of civilization in the apparel, Western Hunan belong to the typical "closed" feature, and Jiangnan are typical characteristics of "openness",and because both are located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River downstream, are the typical for costumes and cultural characteristics, so Xiangxi and Jiangnan has a typical representative and comparable selected as the study area.Clothing phenomenon as a starting point, to sum up the phenomenon analysis as a method to explore the development of regional costumes evolution. Xiangxi and Jiangnan female’s decorative form of the object of study, summarized the similarities and differences to sum up the decorative form, the analysis of the formation of the reason for the two female to decorate many similarities and differences. This study reveals the the costumes evolution of the the geographical characteristics and clothing morphology of law, and reflects the apparel development "poor" place, and the relationship between the spread of civilization and clothing clothing evolution of different regions within a certain historical stage, reflecting Lifestyle Development times have positive academic value. Secondly, the subject of the research is the exploration of the traditional Chinese clothing culture by exploring the law of development of clothing, is conducive to the protection of intangible cultural heritage of Chinese traditional costumes, and has a certain practical significance.
