The Tiebiancheng Jurassic reservoir locate in Tiebiancheng town Wuqi County,Shaanxi Province, whose geological structure is simple, gentle and the slope is6-7meters per kilometer, the mainly oil reservoirs formation factors were duplex controled by the structure and reservoir distribution。The Tiebiancheng Jurassic reservoir, which is Jurassic small-scale reservoir including Yuan248、Yuan215、Yuan250etc and layer series of development is single and development is mainly rely on natural energyis at the beginning, have development began in2005。 In2009year, after the Yuan267、Xin48-104, Hao469etc major reservoirs were found, it has came into scale development。The early exploitation use natural energy, due to the good reservoir properties, big reservoir thickness and high oil saturation, so the production is high in earlier days, but with the extended development time, the formation energy was declining, the Fluid supply capacity of wells was deterioration, the edge oil well cut rising and other conflicts was occured, the situation of development was deterioration too。There are some main problems in the Tiebiancheng Jurassic reservoir in development,First,part of the Jurassic reservoir since the investment in development, only relying on the development of natural energy, so the formation energy was decreased and the capacity of fluid supply was declined. Second, because the edge of the water was pushed, the edge wells cut rising significantly, the diminishing of reservoir was increasing. Third, due to the high intensity of the wells fluid production, water coning phenomenon appeared, the well cut rised.In response to the problems in the Jurassic reservoir development, I summarize the laws of reservoir development on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the reservoir characteristics, pressure, water content, production capacity, and on the basis of taking full account of the existing well pattern and Jurassic reservoir sand body distribution characteristics, the policy of development technology in the main Tiebiancheng Jurassic reservoir were identified, and the reasonable optimization the water injection dynamic development adjustment programs were proposed.
