After waterflooding development,there are many remaining oil in low permeability area and low level in high permeability area,so the contradiction between injection and production is increasingly prominent.In 2009,the pilot microbial oil displacement technology was introduced,and field tests were carried out in A19,A20 reservoirs successively.The microbial retention time was short,and the effect could not be brought into full play.In order to further improve and promote the application of microbial oil displacement technology in Jurassic reservoir of HJS Oilfield,and give full play to the greater potential of this technology,chemical and microbial compound profile control and displacement research was carried out.In this paper,the polymer plugging agent system for high efficiency oil displacement and high efficiency indigenous oil displacement microorganisms are selected,the compatibility test is carried out,the reasonable chemical and microbial compound profile control and displacement system formula is found,the indoor oil displacement experiment is carried out by simulating the reservoir conditions,and the field test is carried out.The results show that the performance of organic chromium phenolic crosslinked polymer system can meet the needs of oilfield,and it has good compatibility with microorganisms,which does not affect the activity of bacteria;among the original bacteria,Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa have the highest oil displacement efficiency;the best time to intervene in microbial compound profile control and displacement is between60-90% water cut,and the best dosage is when the profile control and displacement radius is0.15-0.22 well spacing.The field test results show that the effect of chemical and microbial compound profile control and flooding is remarkable,which is better than single chemical profile control or single microbial flooding,and the cost and construction period are lower than the sum of the two measures.
