| The paper was based on the project with the name of the mine main drainage pumpperformance automatic test system. The development of the automatic test system usedto test the performance of the main drainage pumps. The project was funded byShenhua Heavy Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd of Henan Coal Chemical IndustryGroup Corporation. The system had been completed and being running well. Due to thetest object is of largest capacity, some particular technical problems have be involved,such as pipeline vibrating, electromagnetic interfering, and the difficult accuracyensuring, so the theory and technology study are needed to solve it.The research projects are piping layout, selection of instrumentation, hardwareconfiguration and software development in this test system.Aiming at the pipingvibrating and electromagnetic interfering in the main drainage pump performancetesting, effective measures are proposed in order to ensure the stability and reliability ofthe system.Then, key technical issues in software development are studied, such as thereliability of data processing and database management.Based on specific conditions ofthe actual project, the test system designed with Modular Design Method can apply todifferent typies of main drainage pumps.Modular Design Method reduced theredundancy of the test system.In the research and development process of the automatic test system, computertechnology, sensor technology, automatic control technology and data processingtechnology are applied to improve accuracy, automation and operational reliability oftesting system.The developed system with test status monitoring, calculation andprocessing of performance parameters, the performance curve fitting, data storage andquery and chart printing, has been appraised and checked by HeNan Province ElectronicProduct Quality Supervision Testing and HeNan Province Software Testing Center. Thedeveloped system has been used in Shenhua Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd.The research work has important significance for the research and development ofvarious kinds of water pump performance test system, especially to the same type oflarge capacity water pump performance automatic test system. |
