Of Gas To Accelerate The Pump Drainage Gas

Gas lift jet pump is a new kind of oil recovery technique that combines the advantages of both gas lift and jet pump. Although gas lift jet pump has been widely applied in and out of China, the oil recovery technique is still in testing period and viable processing approach has not been achieved yet. In order to make good use of gas lift jet pump, this study combines technics approach of continuous gas lift and jet pump, and applies node analysis to establish processing approach which is fit for computer calculation.The main study contents are as following:(1) Designing and manufacturing gas lift jet pump for the first time at home, which provides the basis for extending application and make this kind of technic in China become the first example.(2) Based on momentum conservation principle and conversation of energy, the calculating formulas for outlet pressure of throat, delivery pressure of gas lift jet pump and correlative size of diffusion channel are achieved. Combine technics approach of continuous gas lift and jet pump, and what's more, apply node analysis to establish new processing approach.(3) Field tests are carried out in some wells and experimental results are analysed to provide well selection principle for gas lift jet pump.(4) Employed Visual Basic language in Windows, the above theory and testing method are formed by software. It cannot only provide the technical design method for gas lift jet pump and continuous gas lift, but also makes dynamic analysis for it.Take Bamujia-41 well and Zhongba-35 well in SiChuan Oil and Gas field for examples and make use of the software to complete technical design, the results are inosculate with field testing. Dynamic analysis and sensitive analysis for key parameters are also been done. Get following conclusions from examples: 1) Applying gas lift jet pump to the gas-water well which have the ability of natural flowing in some degree can prolong flow period obviously; 2) Applying gas lift jet pump on water drainage gasrecovery technics can reduce injection pressure, injection rate and enhance gas lift efficiency; 3) This kind of new technics can ensure steady production and enhance ultimate recovery ratio.
