At present,many problems exist in test wells, such as low testing efficiency, high laborintensity, inaccuracy of measurement, and so on. In order to solve the aforesaid problems, aresearch on this subject was carried out. Aiming at the problems on large loss of plungerstroke and great pump leakage, the author developed the super-long stroke pump which canraise pump efficiency and testing efficiency by improving utilization ratio of stroke andinfilling level of pump. In order to solve the high labor intensity of workers and low safetyperformance, the author designed the continuous flowing device which can operatecontinuously and automatically without people on duty. Meanwhile, it improves safetyperformance significantly. Aiming at the problem of large measuring workload andinaccuracy, the author developed continuous measurement device which can change thepresent situation on artificial measurement, and promote the construction of automation anddigitization in the oil field. It realized accurate three-phase measurement of oil, gas and water.At the same time, it uses special gas and oil device, and eccentric wear preventing equipmentwhich can reduce the effect of gas and eccentric wear, and realize the integration of fracturingand pumping. This will also shorten the cycle of pumping.After completing the design, sample processing and laboratory experiments,we developfield experiments.The technology applied3wells,and the stroke length achieved12m.Compared with the result of test wells in the same zone,the pump efficiency was raisedremarkably.Through this study,the well testing efficiency was enhanced.This can truly reflectthe feed liquid ability of layer,and meet the demand of all kinds of test wells.It provides astrong technical support for different types of test wells’ high efficiency and fast drainage.Thetechnology has a good application prospect.
