Catalytic cracking is the core of the process of refining crude oil processing depth,producing high octane gasoline,diesel oil,liquefied petroleum gas,and the development of the catalyst is the key to promote the development of catalytic cracking technology.In this paper,the model has improved catalytic gasoline octane function of ultrastable Y type molecular sieve catalyst in catalytic cracking device in application of industrial test and research.Through the new catalyst performance index and application and contrast catalyst comparison of relevant data,it is concluded that the feedstock properties and main operation parameters in the stable,the application of a new catalyst can increase the yield of light oil,increases the olefin content of gasoline and improve gasoline octane number of conclusion;and through of refinery subsequent processing device,such as gasoline hydrogenation unit,gasoline etherification unit,in the industrial test carried out before and after the collection of relevant data comparative analysis,improved gasoline product quality and high added value product yield of processing route change to provide certain theoretical support.
