Because of the bad working conditions of stator rubber of the screw pump, avariety of stator rubbers are exploited in the world, but the traditional NBR isapplied into practice at large. With the environment of oil exploration getting worseand worse, performances of rubbers, which are mixed according to the knownformula, are inferior to the standard ones of the stator rubber. Therefore, it is neededto look for the novel NBR formula eagerly.In this paper, according to the actual working condition of the stator rubber ofthe screw pump, I designed some rubber formulas, the raw rubber of which is NBR.The aim is that it makes clear the influences of the curing system, reinforcementsystem, anti-aging system and the plasticized system of the rubber formula on therubber performences. The parameters of the unvulcanized rubber, the mechanicalproperties and the anti-aging properties of the vulcanized rubber are measured inorder to understand their law.According to the acquired relationship of the performances and differentcomponents in the NBR formula, the stator rubber formula is optimized. Thepossible factors of the formula are distributed to be the reasonable factors and levelsof the orthogonal test. The orthogonal test is designed, and these rubbers are tested.By the use of the range analysis and variance analysis of the treatment methodsof the orthogonal test, it is estimated that the testing error effects on all theproperties of the rubber in order to present the better rubber formulas of everyproperty. Compared and analyzed each other in the best rubber formulas, the finalbest formula is determined.The paper initially researches the synthesis method of the newest rubberreinforcing agent HOMMT in hyperbranched/OMMT. The synthesis method of thehyperbranched polymer PEHO is researched, and1HNMR and GPC results indicatedthe structure and molecular weight of PEHO. It is discussed about the process of thein-situ polymerization of the monomer in the middle of the organic montmorillonteclay and the mixing process of the hyperbranched polymer and OMMT by the meansof ultrasound. XRD images indicated that the hyperbranched polymer enlarges thespace between OMMT. |
