In recent years,with the increasingly complex of the oil and gas environment of the oil industry,the rubber used in the oil industry accessories also made increasingly demanding requirements.Stator rubber in the oil mining have a very important position,the development of high-performance stator rubber have a great significance to improve oil production,reduce manpower and maintenance costs.In this paper,we will explore the possibility of using HNBR as the matrix material,using organic modified montmorillonite,in situ synthesis of zinc methacrylate,fumed silica and carbon black as reinforcing filler to develop high performance stator rubber materials.The effect of peroxide vulcanization on the performance of HNBR was studied.The results showed that the performance of vulcanizate was increased first and then decreased with the increase of the amount of vulcanizing agent DCP and vulcanization assistant TAIC.When the DCP usage is 5 phr and the TAIC usage is 2 phr,the HNBR has a good overall performance.When OMMT alone complements HNBR,XRD results show that when the temperature of OMMT melt intercalation is 100 ℃ and the intercalation time is 15 min,the dispersion effect can be achieved.The addition of OMMT can obviously improve the aging resistance of HNBR,but its effect is poor and can not meet the requirements of complex oil and gas environment.When OMMT is used in combination with ZDMA in situ,the presence of ZDMA facilitates the good dispersion of OMMT in HNBR,excellent mechanical properties,excellent aging resistance and high temperature stability,and meets the performance requirements of screw stator rubber.When the OMMT / ZDMA theoretical generation is 10/30,the composite has better comprehensive performance.OMMT and fumed silica combination can also achieve better reinforcement effect,the two kinds of filler can be modified in the HNBR matrix to achieve a better dispersion of the state,but also to achieve the performance requirements of the stator rubber,but integrated Performance than OMMT / ZDMA / HNBR have a certain gap.With the increase of the specific surface area of the fumed silica,the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased gradually,and the Mooney viscosity increased gradually.When the specific surface area is 160 m2 / g,and the dosage is 30 phr ~ 40 phr,the fumed silica / HNBR nanocomposites have good comprehensive properties.When the fumed silica and N330 are used in combination,the vulcanization of the composites and the Mooney viscosity are smaller than those of the silica alone when the total amount of the filling is constant.The composite have good mechanical properties and excellent aging resistance and good high temperature stability.Meet the performance requirements of high-performance stator rubber,there is the possibility of practical application. |
