The Oretical Study On The Contraction And Spontaneous Oscillation Of Muscle

For SPOC, Okamura and Ishiwata discovered the spontaneous oscillation of the active force and sarcomere length in the skeletal myofibrils of the vertebrate, called SPOC (spontaneous oscillation contraction) in1988.The condition of the SPOC occurring is making muscle sandwiching between contraction and relaxation. This condition through the high concentration of Mg ADP with Pi and the low of mM-level of Ca2+finished.There are two model have invested for SPOC by foreign scholars,which expands our understanding of the spoc,but the theoretical results is difficult to compare with the experiment results.The biophysical workers uses the muscle state equation that the Baker propose, establish the model of the muscle contraction and spontaneous oscillation in the isotonic condition from Inner Mongolia University.The results compares with the experiment is right.But which did not explain the muscle contraction and spontaneous oscillation in the isometric condition. So I want to use the active force、 elastic component in contraction and the special structure of muscle build the muscle contraction and spontaneous oscillation kinetic equation in the isometric condition,which consistent with experiments.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the sliding theory of muscle, the structure of myosin and the schematic mechanochemical myosin cycle. The second chapter introduces definition and characteristics of SPOC. The thirst chapter introduces domestic and foreign scholars research on SPOC in history. The fourth chapter is main part of this paper.Build the dynamical model of muscle contraction in isometric condition, which on the basics of studying the spontaneous oscillation contraction. Then get the theoretical results compares with the experimental results.
