Wen County is located in transition zone between the two structural entities, the South Qinling eugeosynclinal foldbelt (North) and the Yangzi quasi paraplatform (South). And geological structure of the area is very complex. Geological hazards like landslides, rockfalls, debris flows, slopes, ground fissure and so on in the area are in high developing, which is direct threat to man’s life and property of Wen County. The Geological hazards are great hazardous and may cause large-loss. Geological hazards of Wenxian is located in nanshan slope, south of Baishuijiang River in Chengguan Town of Wen county. The types, distribution and development characteristic of Geological hazards are investigated, And susceptibility of debris flows, stability of unstable slopes and landslides are computational analyzed. And in this paper control proposals are put forward. It main deal with the following aspect:(1) Geological hazards in slop back of Baishuijiang Protection Agency of Nanshan Wen county developed. There are23Geological hazards including2landslides,14rockfalls,4debris flows and3unstable slopes.(2) The engineering geological condition of the research area is:type of rock mass is nubby or sheet metasandstone, carbonaceous slates with little siliceous slabstone. Rock wheathering is severe and the stability of rock is bad. Geological hazards such as landslides, rockfalls, unstable slopes etc. developed. Types of earth are loess, gravel and pebble.(3) The result of stability analysis is:through qualitative analysis,2landslides and7rockfalls is unstable,4rockfalls is a bit unstable,3rockfalls is stable, and3unstable slopes is a bit unstable.(4)9Geological hazards is extrahazardous including8rockfalls and1debris flows.5geological hazards is medium hazardous, including2landslides,2rockfalls and1unstable slope. The rest9is a bit hazardous, including4rockfalls and2unstable slope and3debris flows. (5) Control proposal for the Geological hazards is:In connection with the risk of the geological hazards and the result of survey and evaluation, mainly control the geological hazards with big danger, large scale and direct danger to people, and comprehensive control the geological hazards.
