With the advent of knowledge economy, science and technology spreads anddevelops rapidly all over the world. The original science limitation is not clear.Academic exchange and research cooperation have become increasingly frequentamong the scholars in different domains, more and more scholars from differentresearch institutions have launched more in-depth cooperation, and internationalcooperation have also been seen further deepening trend. Scientific collaborationacross disciplines, cross institutions, cross nations promoted the thinkingintegration and knowledge innovation, improved the speed and quality ofscientific and technological achievements, enhanced the conversion efficiency ofscience and research resources, and helped the formation and development of newdisciplines. In recent years, people have gradually realized the scientific cooperation canbring higher efficiency, higher quality of achievements in scientific research, sothe research on the cooperation of scientific research has gradually attractedpeople’s attention. In addition, the effective accumulation of scientific researchcooperation data has formed a wide range of data sources, which makes the studyon research collaboration become possible. This paper uses the method of community detection and scientific researchcooperation data from CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) to studyscientific research cooperation of sports field in China. The paper summarizes themain scientific collaboration network analysis approaches, illustrates the basicdata selection and processing approach needed in the study of scientific researchcooperation in Chinese sports field, establishes a network model of scientificresearch cooperation, discusses the features of the network, and analyzes thecommunity detection results.
