Transitional zone between OASIS and desert oasis ecosystem is an important part of an extremely important role in maintaining stability in the OASIS.Understanding in Desert-Oasis Ecotone in the interrelationships between soil and vegetation are important scientific issues and pending further inquiry.Xihu national nature reserve in Dunhuang in Northwest China desert area is "class of natural ecosystems","Inland Wetlands and aquatic ecosystems" nature reserve, protection is primarily wetland ecosystem, desert ecosystems and rare wild animals and plants and their habitats.Is a very typical Inland Wetlands, types of desert ecosystems and wildlife nature reserve.Now, in the Lop Nur dried up, step by step press the Taklimakan desert, the setting of Qom two desert situations, xihu national nature reserve in Dunhuang has become unstoppable East invasion of Taklimakan desert in Hexi corridor in Gansu province, the last natural barrier;At the same time, in protecting the ecological and climate, as well as the entire West of Dunhuang’s ecological balance, improving regional climate conditions and guarantee the sustainable development of industry and agriculture, as well as tourism and other aspects of Dunhuang has played an irreplaceable role.In fact, apart from the basin water conditions, soil habitats of vegetation pattern and degree of restriction and restriction of distribution, biodiversity is also unknown;also, due to this scientific study on the solution of the problem at this stage there is little.Therefore, in Dunhuang OASIS soil habitats and species diversity and richness of the vegetation study,explored Lake nature reserve in Dunhuang in the diversity and abundance of vegetation types and soil environment relation.Results showed that:(1) pattern of vegetation in Lake nature reserve in Dunhuang is divided into6plaques and main vegetation types are salt marsh vegetation, vegetation, desert vegetation of grassland and desert riparian forest in4kinds;(2) between different plaque pH, moisture content, nutrient, salinity, soil particle size are significantly different;(3)6plant species diversity and abundance in the plaque except their own biological nature of things, and soil nutrient, salinity, pH, particle size and soil moisture were significantly related to soil;(4)6plaques in the diversity of vegetation species primarily associated with soil electrical conductivity, vegetation species richness related primarily to the particle content of the soil. Conclusion as can be seen, Lake nature reserve in Dunhuang vegetation patterns and species diversity were significantly affected by soil factors of restriction, so in order to maintain the protection of existing vegetation in Lake nature reserve in Dunhuang, from starting with the protection and improvement of the soil texture is relatively effective kind of way.For future in-depth study on vegetation diversity maintenance in arid inland river basins of mechanism and process of vegetation pattern and provide scientific basis.
