Because of the unique climate and harsh natural conditions in qinghai-tibet plateau, recovering the natural vegetation is difficult in the flow sand. In Qinghai Shazhuyu, through the scientific experimental study after 50 years, the area explored presenting sand and sand-fixation way, that is using high vertical sand control quicksand moved forward, use clay pressure of sand, grass fixed-sand or use local materials with Artemisia ordosica sand dunes for increased mid-lower roughness, and then in the sand, sowed plants resisting wind erosion and drought tolerance such as Caragana korshinskii and Artemisia ordosica, with the formation of sand dunes plant community, the site conditions improved. Between the lowlands, take the technique of planting trees, shrubs and herbs, multi-level composite sand-fixation system has obtained remarkable effect of governance. Papers to the Shazhuyu governance demonstration area in Qinghai Gonghe basin for analysis of the sample area, choosing mobile sand dunes, 6a, 10a, 24a, 33a, 46a of sand dunes and between the lowlands as the research object, study the restore vegetation coverage of the dominant, community, species diversity and soil properties in the flow sand dunes of different management year, analysis vegetation succession phase in the process of flow sand dunes fixed, explain the desertification reverse process and vegetation restoration mechanism, for artificial sand-fixing vegetation and soil resources construction and management provides the basis. Get the following conclusion from the paper:(1) Governance desertification, forestation between dunes and set sand-protecting barrier can start vegetation restoration process in arid sandy, can improve the vegetation coverage and productivity status effectively, because vulnerable to the effects of sand not governance plot in flow of sand control plot edge, vegetation restoration at a slower speed, the results of the research to improve the quicksand management technology has guiding significance.(2) After setting mechanical sand, direct sowing Artemisia ordosica and afforestating between dunes, can quickly established sand-fixation, thus making the quicksand vegetation may be fixed, promote perennials invading, species richness, species evenness and diversity have improved. (3) With the increasing length of vegetation recover, vegetation state gets a big improvement, therefore, each factor condition of soil also have been significantly improved. With the increase of vegetation diversity and coverage, soil began to appear crust, powder grain content increasing gradually, the soil nutrient contents also shows ascendant trend.(4) Through different habitat community several species diversity index under each index of soil factor with the correlation between research shows that: succession process, vegetation and soil of the close relationship between the increase, species diversity to the improvement of soil properties, and the good soil environment for the growth of plants and increase species succession, type and quantity.
