By field investigation and surveying,papers identified the characteristics of topography、 the valley degree of development material sources of the valley river basin of Daxiaoe ditch debris flow, a comprehensive analysis for the development features, formation mechanism of Daxiaoe ditch debris flow, and combining the characteristics of debris flow itself on its bulk density, flow velocity, flows and other motion features, dynamics characteristics like impact, climbing to have a in-depth analysis and calculation. On this basis, to predict and analysis with the different scale of different outbreak frequencies,. And then make risk assessment for protection of objects,and providing the based foundation for engineering solutions.Paper make the calculation and analysis for the debris flow throuth debris flow hazard formula by international general and the single debris flow formula for risk by Liu xilin. The first method emphasis on quantitative analysis, the second method emphasis on qualitative analysis, therefore, due to the size of the Daxiaoe ditch is smaller,so the second approach is subject to certain limitations.According to the range model of debris flow deposits,combined with the topographic features of Daxiaoe ditch,generalized the model of the accumulation,to predict the debris flow’s accumulation scope of each outbreak frequency,and make the debris flow’s hazard zone according to the once accumulation scope of Daxiaoe ditch and the distribution of protected objects,providing a basis for management project.According to debris flow system of prevent-control-prevention and comprehensive governance principles of debris flows.Put forward treatment project proposal combined with the debris flows of its own characteristics and distribution of protected object in mizoguchi. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the program1and program2, finally recommend program1for the preferred solution. Set two check dam to solid source in upstream of Dae ditch mizoguchi,one check dam to solid source in upstream of Xiaoe ditch mizoguchi. Playing the role of fixing debris flow solid materia、slowing the gully slope.Set up dikes in the left bank and right bank near the house of Dae ditch downstream of mizoguchi and the right bank near the house of Xiaoe ditch downstream of mizoguchi. Set up a protective wall surrounding houses in the middle of the downstream of Daxiaoe ditch,making a function of blocking solids of debris flows and protect the security of houses.
