Our country’s ecological environment in general is still not optimistic in current present, the trend of ecological environment deterioration in the regional haven’t been controlled effectively. On the other hand, research with the cause of ecological environment deterioration and process in important node were relatively single.Problems with the changes of regional ecological environment from regional landscape function and structure characteristics, and how to coordinate the relationship between the ecological environment protection and the social-economic development has become one of the key issues to be solved urgently for scholars.Yunlong demonstration zone is one of the most representative area in the core area of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration, and also needs to focus on planning control and ecological protection area in the "two-oriented society" of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. The evaluation of landscape sensitivity and resilience in the urban agglomeration area will be produced an important impact on the ecological environment change, and also a positive guiding role for the sustainable development in changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration.Using GIS research method of remote sensing data and considering the regional landscape changes, and also on the basis of characteristics of land use change and the gravity model analysis with acting force of regional landscape change, landscape sensitivity analysis according to the regional landscape pattern index and sensitivity analysis model was constructed. Sensitivity coefficient values with different landscape had been gotten, and the basis of landscape sensitivity evaluation index system and evaluation model have been established for the different scales analysis with landscape pattern and landscape sensitivity degree of single factor analysis. The analysis will also give a comprehensive and effective identify in regional landscape sensitivity in land use and ecological management. Results show that: (1) The comprehensive evaluation with characteristics and changing rules of landscape sensitivity distributionThe whole landscape sensitivity value of Yunlong demonstration area is low, most of the area of landscape sensitivity degree is higher. According to data in2000-2008, parts of area have no change of landscape sensitivity, and lower regions of the characteristics of landscape sensitivity were scattered, the changed area concentrated on the connection of two crossed highways. High area of landscape sensitivity generally located around the high concentration of urban population, in addition, the higher landscape sensitivity degree located in various types of land use in spatial distribution of local region. Most of the area of landscape sensitivity degree value is0-0.8977with low sensitivity level. High landscape sensitivity centers scattered, part of area had no change of landscape sensitivity, all of these showed that the change of the dominant landscape types is still in the quantitative change accumulation stage, and had no prominent effects on the regional ecological environment.(2) The degree of landscape sensitivity and landscape resistance is difference in different sample areaLandscape sensitivity and landscape resistance have certain relationship. Currently, high sensitivity landscape areas had the smaller values of the resistance. The results showed that the landscape resistance value is a negative value or a lower positive, the leading factor is the landscape change construction land, same and landscape ecological function is weak; on the other hand, Landscape resistance value is positive, and the larger numerical show that landscape ecological bearing capacity is strong.For high landscape sensitivity areas, the targets should be emphasized on ecological protection and planning management; In Moderate landscape sensitivity regional, the planning and management targets of development and protection can be moderate but simultaneously; to reconstructing the artificial ecosystem,and ecological protection and utilizing the resources development and utilization.
