Do research in distribution and seasonal changes of macro-benthic collected fromnineteen intertidal stations in the Changxing island (Changxing island、Xizhong island、Jiaoliuisland) during July2011(summer)、May2012(spring)、October2012(autumn) and January2013(winter). The results showed that:(1)Total90species were identified, including80species from Changxing island,53species from Xizhong island, and60species from Jiaoliuisland;(2)The macro-benthic in intertidal zone annual average biomass was78.91g/m~2andabundance was325.73ind/m~2.(3)There were13kinds of dominant species collected, namely7Mollusks,3Arthropoda、2Annelida and1Echinodermata.(4)The number of speciesdiversity index is as below, first, middle intertidal zone,second, low intertidal zone and thirdis high intertidal zone.The results showed that the different species different sediment. There are66speciesin rock sediments、25species in sand sediments、31species in mud sediments and48speciesin boulder sediments; there are remarkable difference in density and biomass of the differentsections as boulder section <sand section <mud section <rock section; The species diversityindex in this area, H’、D at the sand section <boulder section<mud section <rock section, Jat the rock section <mud section<boulder section <sand section.The species and species numbers varied in different seasons.There are70species insummer、63species in spring、46species in autumn、36species in winter. there areremarkable difference in density and biomass of the different seasons as winter<autumn<spring<summer.The species diversity index in Changxing island were also found changinggreatly in four seasons,the values of J and H ’ were highest in summer, lowest in winter; D isthe highest in autumn, the lowest in spring.The species diversity index in Changxing islandwere also found changing greatly in three tidal zones,the values of H ’、D、J are highest inmedium tidal zone、the lowest in high tidal zone.Comparing with the data of other area of Bohai sea, found downward trend of thebiomass numbers and abundance of macro-benthic in this area.Through analyses of macro-benthic community patterns in the intertidal zone of theChangxing Island in four seasons, it came to conclusion that: the human’s interference、different bottom sediment environment and different seasons environment are the importantfactor on distribution of macro-benthic.
