On Ecological Wetland Landscape Design Based On Plane Structure

In the era of environmental-friendliness and harmonious ecology, ecological wetlands has become an important resort in modern people’s leisure time.Therefore, the application of principles of plane structure to the ecological wetland landscape design, which can improve the landscape layout in the wetlands and enhance people’s interaction with the nature, is the main problem discussed in this thesis.This thesis analyzes and discusses the application of principles of plane structure to the landscape design of ecological wetland park. First, the thesis analyzes the relationship between aesthetic principles and landscape layout based on the discussion of the theoretical background, causes and relative conceptions in landscape design. From different perspectives, the thesis explains these principles of landscape layout, and further points the problems in current landscape design. Second, from from the point of view of environmental art design, the thesis discusses the applications of aesthetic principles to landscape design. Focusing on the forms of plane structure and the elements of aesthetic principles which are transformed into visual and other sensible experience elements, we attempt to find the coupling between landscape layout forms and structures. Meanwhile, the usages of plane structure in landscape design are explained by case studies. Finally, based on the analysis of the innovative methods, principles and feasibility of plane strucuture, according to the project of Zhongba Wetland landscape design and field survey, we discusses the current conditions, and puts forward the landscape design in the hope of providing reference for wetland landscape design.
