Currently， the research of Forster is mostly focused on his Ecological Marxism andMonopoly Capitalism，little attention has been paid to his science and technology view. It is basedon the modern ecological theory，Criticized the injuries on the nature by the technology overusingin the Capitalist， in order to find the real cause of ecological crisis.In this paper， research on the following three aspects:（1）The background of Forster’s science and technology view. Marx’s science and theFrankfurt School’s technology view has exerted great influence on Forster and laid a theoreticalfoundation for it. And the appearance of the ecological crisis， the development of the greenmovement and the Collapse of Soviet Union provided realistic basis for the Forster science andtechnology view.（2）The main content of Forster’s science and technology view. It is mainly discussed in fouraspects: scientific thought， technology thought， STS， ecology and science and technology.Forster’s scientific thoughts are mainly embodied in his analysis on Epicurean and scientific andrational. His technology thought show us by his discussion between technical and humanalienation. Forster believed that science and technology caused great destruction to environment;ecological crisis becomes more and more serious. Science and technology creates people andsocial divisions， but the technology itself is not good or bad. The root of environmental crisis isnot the science and technology， of course it also cannot solve by the progress of technical， thefinal solution can only be achieved through the change of social relations.（3）The theoretical thinking of Forster’s science and technology view. It has importantsignificance to the construction of a harmonious society， and also uses to establish science andtechnology independent research and development system. Forster’s science and technology viewcontribute to the development of green science， and guide the favorable development ofecological environment.
