Time Service is the national basic technical support. High-precision time transfer andSynchronization problems are the important part of time service and the important technicalsupport of the continuation of the stable International Atomic and the development of modernscience and technology. Two-way satellite time and frequency transfer (TWSTFT) technologyhas proven to be the very good means of communication time in accuracy and stability.Stability test result is consistent with the theoretical in a short period of time. Now people arestudying of the long-term stability.There are many operational parameters in the two-way satellite time and frequencytransfer. RF frequency and spreading code rate are the most important and the most likelyparameters to affect the two-way satellite time and frequency transfer’s accuracy and stability.In order to research the impact of those parameters, Analysis and concluded test data ofNational Time Service Center CAPS ground measured rail network and Zhongwei satellite.Mainly work as follows:1. A brief introduction of developments of TWSTFT, background and significance ofthe paper.2. Clarifying the principle and error analysis of TWSTFT. The two methods of thisexperiment are given: Three stations closed legitimate and Zero baseline method.3. Analysis data of different RF frequencies TWSTFT with Three stations closedlegitimate and Zero baseline method.4. Analysis data of different spreading code rate TWSTFT with Three stations closedlegitimate and Zero baseline method.
