China’s rapid economic development and continuing population growth has ledto a substantial increase in water demand,water waste and unreasonable exploitation.Especially water-scarce areas in the north,to bring greater pressure on waterresources.The contradictions of the accelerated process of urbanization and theshortage of water resources has become increasingly prominent. Handan easternplains, flat terrain, in recent years, with the concentration of urban industrialization,agricultural irrigation, leading to over-exploitation of groundwater, groundwaterlevels continued to decline.Handan eastern plains of deep groundwater in recent years continued to declinedue to systematic analysis of changes in the dynamic characteristics of the easternplains and deep groundwater in Handan, application of Visual MODFLOW model tosimulate the dynamic field of deep groundwater in the study area when emptyevolution and its development trend. The paper first analyzes the Handan easternplains environment geological and hydrogeological conditions of the area is deep, thedevelopment and utilization of shallow groundwater, groundwater dynamic changes,groundwater chemical characteristics and the distribution characteristics of the coneof depression, the expansion of deep groundwater cone of depression law.Visual MODFLOW software to create a numerical model of groundwater flowthrough the collection the hydrogeological conditions generalization based on the dataand study area, simulated groundwater seepage field. Use of the existing mining theamount forecast for the next10years of the study area deep groundwater dynamicevolution and deep funnel propagation law. Status quo exploitation conditionsforecast results show that the status quo25013.1m3/extraction conditions, withcontinuous exploitation of groundwater, groundwater levels continued to decline. By2020, the study area, the average annual drop deep4.3m, the maximum drawdown16.2m, the average annual drop deep rate of0.43m/a. Forecast for2020, themaximum water depth of the center of the funnel has reached79.3m, deceleration0.926m/a funnel center gradually offset southwest, the funnel area by20103063.63m2expanded to3512.4m2.Groundwater flow modeling and water balance analysis, predictive study areaFeixiang east, north of Daming County for over exploited, over-exploited areaswithin the scope of most parts of the program, in addition to two over exploited,general overexploitation area. Protection deep groundwater resources of the study area lies in the rational exploitation of groundwater resources development planning,the adjustment of the deep groundwater extraction volume is not greater than therecharge, resulting in deep groundwater mining resources, make up the balance of avirtuous cycle of state.
